1. The free on-site quote

2. Clearing and excavation

On install day we remove the old lawn or surface and dig down to make room for the base. This is the part that separates a lasting install from a quick one. Skipping it is why some turf fails early.

3. Building the base

We bring in crushed aggregate, grade it for drainage, and compact it in layers until it's firm and even. This base is what carries water away and keeps the surface stable for years. We size it for our heaviest Fraser Valley rain.

4. Laying the turf

We roll out the turf, let it settle, then cut and seam it to fit your space. Seams are done tight and hidden so the lawn looks like one continuous piece. Edges get secured so nothing lifts over time.

5. Infill and brushing

We brush in infill, which helps the fibres stand up, adds weight and stability, and gives the turf a natural feel underfoot. For pet and play areas we choose the infill to suit the use.

6. Cleanup and walkthrough
