Why school & institutional turf works in Matsqui
School & Institutional Turf built for Matsqui conditions

Drainage matched to Matsqui soil
The Matsqui flats sit on old flood-plain soil that holds water badly and drains slowly. Lots here sit low, and in a wet November you can watch the water table rise into the yard. The drainage base we build is extra critical out here — we put more rock down than anywhere else. Our base prep on every Matsqui school & institutional turf job reflects what the soil and grade actually need.
Local crew, no travel hassle
We cover all of Matsqui and the prairie north toward the river without issue. You get the same crew and quality standards as any job we do in Abbotsford.
